Had a great experience at Bill Walsh! Bob was knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. He even gave me time alone for me to decide. Trevor looked up an extra rebate and even found a great interest rate for the time frame I wanted. There was no pressure and I felt heard and taken care of. I drove from Chicago for the free lifetime power train warranty but got so much more! The best experience buying a car I’ve had in 30 years.
We have been searching a a truck with all the features we wanted and found it at Bill Walsh. Their private for the 2022 Sierra was very competitive, no haggling and the inclusion of a lifetime power train was icing on the cake. Jeremey Torres was grate to work with an dher made sure we got what we were looking for with no pressure. Such a great experience, we highly recommend.
We bought a 2025 chevy equinox with the help of Kylan. It was a great experience. he did whatever he could to make the process of buying a new car as easy as possible. All the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

I would not recommend! When trying to make a deal over the phone I could not get a price. The price on the internet kept changing and they would not honor the lesser price. I needed a gooseneck hitch, a bedliner, and small dent fix and they had to farm out everything. That right there make me wonder if they are going to farm out warranty claims. The sales man did not even know what a gooseneck hitch was.

Jeremy T was our car salesman, and we had a wonderful experience buying a car from them. He was not pushy (we had been to a couple places that were beforehand), and he did everything he could to help us out. We love our vehicle, but you can honestly find a vehicle you love anywhere. What will keep us coming back was the excellent customer service Jeremy exhibited. Finding a car salesman like him is equivalent to finding a needle in a haystack.
This dealership will do whatever they can to get you to buy a car but if anything happens to it(even if its nothing you did) your screwed on it. I bought a car with under 65k miles from them. Not even a year later, Slamming into gear, exhaust leak.

I contacted the dealership a week ago about a used car that was in stock. I made an appointment on a Monday to come see it on a Tuesday. I called the dealership on Tuesday before traveling 3 hours to confirm that the car was not sold and was on the lot. The person I spoke with said it was on the lot and my appointment was on the calendar.

they allow management to physically abuse employees. they underpay employees and screw them on bonuses. the owners are wonderful but they don't see their management running the place into the ground.
I have brought several cars from Serria motors and have had relatively no problems so me and my wife bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in 2014 it has been a little over 2 yrs and 40000 miles later and I go to start the car and nothing battery is dead I get a jump take it to the dealership and the service manager says out of warranty by 4000 miles sorry but I will put a new one in for $224 if u want !!!!!!! We purchased a vehicle in May 2015, which was a very pleasant experience. We have been back for scheduled oil changes and have always been greeted very professionally.
It has now been over a week since we went in to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. We were told that someone would be contacting us the next day and still to this day no one has. I guess they are just making too much money to want ours. With our families combined we have bought over 10 cars/trucks over the past few years and sorry to say they have now lost us and our family as customers. I do highly recommend the service department though, they are the best!
I called for a used vehicle (Chevrolet Camaro Convertible). I am from Michigan and the only reason I drove to Illinois was because of the price and the specific color (Yellow) I wanted which I couldn't find in Michigan. I called the Bill Walsh dealership about a used Cadillac for sale. I made them an offer that was 4% below the asking price. Jason went to the manager with the offer and his manager said that if I want the car I have to pay full price. Jason also told me that someone else had made an offer for the asking price so if I wanted the car I needed to give them the full price right now.
